Crushed Whole Wheat is a mix of the Crushed Wheat 1,2, and 3. You can use it in hot cereal or as a substitute for ground or milled whole wheat in bread and sourdough bread recipes. Makes for a very nutrient dense meal of breads or whole grains with protein, dietary fiber, and complex carbohydrates.
